1. Discipline
Discipline is the watchword of the Polytechnic. Students who seek admission in this Polytechnic have to maintain discipline & they shall have to give proof of their good behaviour & conduct by doing so. If any student violates the discipline, she is liable for rustication. The Cell Phones are not allowed inside the classrooms.
2. Leave
Class attendance is compulsory. No student can procees on long leave. Medical Leave will be entertained only on the production of Medical Certificates. It is desirable that every student should attain 75% attendance.
3. Absentees
a) Long absence will lead to cancellation of admission.
b) Any candidate falling short of attendance will not be eligible to appear in the final examination. If any student remains away from the Polytechnic un-authorizedly, she will be dealt with as per Polytechnic Rules.
c) No student can appear in any other Board/University examination during the course of the session.
4. General
a) The Management expects polite behaviour from all the students.
b) Students should not pluck flowers & fruits in the campus.
c) Students are not allowed to leave the Polytechnic before the last period.
d) Those students who will have shortage of attendance will not be allowed to sit in the final examination.
e) Students should reach Polytechnic at right time, otherwise they won't be allowed to enter the class & will be marked absent.
f) Students have to take their assignment tests on time otherwise they will not be entitled for the Internal Assessment.
g) Students should co-operate to keep their campus clean.
h) All the students have to submit their original documents with two attested photocopies at the tome of admission.
i) All the students have to participate in co-curricular activities. |
