| The College Library has fully automated library with DELNET & ILL Facility. It has a comfortable & convenient arrangement of 80 students to study in the reading room. It has a large number of books on various subjects pertaining to B.Ed and M.Ed.. Courses, Book Bank, Magzines, News Papers, Journals and e-Journals. No students is allowed to create indiscipline in the Library. |

| Library Rules |
| The books are issued to the teachers for one month and the students for two weeks. However, they can get the book/books re-issued for two weeks in case of teachers and one week in case of students. If a student does not return the book after one week, she has to pay a fine of Rs.2/- per day. If any book is lost or tampered or torn or damaged in any form, the student has to deposit a new volume by the same author or double the cost of book is chargeable from the defaulter. The students are advised not to write anything on the study tables or chairs. |

No outsider is allowed to enter without the prior permission from the Principal/Lecturer Incharge/Librarian.
The reference books will not be issued to any student or staff member without the prior permission of the Principal. The books borrowed by the students and retained during summer vacation will be charged a fine of Rs.2/- per day.

| Rules are : |

No student is allowed to bring her belongings inside the Library. |
| 2. |
Borrower can draw the book for a period of fifteen days from the Library. |
| 3. |
Books shall be returned on due dates. An overdue charge of Rs.2/- will be levied per day beyond the due date. |
| 4. |
The borrower will be responsible for all the books drawn by her. |
| 5. |
Borrower has to pay for any damage, defraud or loss of the book drawn by her. |
| 6. |
Users are not allowed to carry magazines & newspapers out of the Library. |
| 7. |
Students are expected to maintain silence in the Library / Reading Room. |
| 8. |
A Security Deposit of Rs.500/- will be charged at the time of admission, to cover losses & damages to books, or as directed by University of Jammu. |

| Library-Cum-Identity-Card |
| All the students are advised to secure a Library-cum-Identity Card from the office on payment of Rs.50/-. The students are supposed to carry Identity cards with them during College hours. The identity card has to be returned by the students after the completion of the course. The students have to produce Library-cum-Identity card at the time of borrowing book from the College Library. In case this card is lost, a duplicate identity card will be issued to the student on payment of Rs.50/-. |
